A body-centered healing space for anyone ready to move out of survival mode and into a regulated, grounded way of living.
If you’ve been feeling constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted, or like your body is “stuck” in stress mode—this group is for you.
Over six weeks, we’ll combine education, mindful movement, nervous system science, and self-expression to help you understand your body’s stress responses, release tension, and feel safe in your own skin again.
